I know the photo of these don't look great - but if you could taste test them you would be wowed! I have mixed up crunchy banana chips with big juicy golden raisins, coated them in delicious milk chocolate and formed them together in bitesize clusters. With each bite you get the crunch of the banana and the softness of the raisins, they really are delightful.
I have tried them out on family and friends and they have gone down a treat - in fact I had to hide them as they disappeared at an alarming rate!
Be warned though - as soon as you start, you won't be able to help yourself until they are finished! I can't begin to tell you how many I have eaten they are sooooo moreish!
