Inspired by watching the fabulous red squirrels at Snaizeholme, I just had to make some from chocolate and am delighted with the outcome.

Belgian dark chocolate: (min cocoa 54%), sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla.
Belgian ruby chocolate: (min cocoa 47.3%) sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, citric acid, natural vanilla flavouring.
