Living in the Yorkshire Dales we are surrounded by animals of all kinds. We often see horses in the fields and we have plenty of friends who are keen horse riders.
This bar's dimensions are 15cm x 11.5cm and take a huge 250g of delicious hand-tempered Belgian chocolate (probably a bit more). The horseshoe is made from milk chocolate and dusted with edible powder to make it look as if it is made from metal. There are smarties, golden stars and green dragees too adding extra texture and interest. (The smarties in this image are pink - but they can be any colour)
When ordering this please could you let me know the name and age you would like included on the bar. Please note there is a week's turn around for this as they are made to order.

Belgian milk chocolate: (min cocoa 33.6%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla. Edible powder: E555, E171, E153
Smarties: sugar, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, cocoa mass, butterfat (from MILK), WHEAT flour, lactose and proteins from whey (from MILK), rice starch, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), fruit and vegetable concentrates (safflower, radish, black carrot, lemon, hibiscus), orange oil, spirulina concentrate, glazing agents (carnauba wax, beeswax white), natural vanilla flavouring.
Gold stars: sugar, palm kernel oil, potato starch, colours (titanium dioxide, rihoflavin, iron oxide), thickener (cellulose gum, gum arabic).
Dragees: sugar, WHEAT flour, starch maize, coloring: (E100, E133, E174), glucose syrup, stabilizer: arabic gum (E414), gelatine (FISH), glazing agent: shellac.
