Measuring 8cm x 16 cm, this bar gives you 140g of delicious hand-tempered Belgian chocolate (probably a bit more...). Celebrating British fruits, this one focuses on rhubarb which I have paired with ginger - a classic. The ginger is fiery and is the first flavour you encounter, the rhubarb then comes through at the end.
I can personalise this for you too if you wish for £1. This will be done with white chocolate unless you request a white chocolate slab inwhich case it will be done in milk chocolate.

Belgian dark chocolate: (min cocoa 54%), sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla.
Belgian milk chocolate: (min cocoa 33.6%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla
Belgian white chocolate: (min cocoa 28.1% min milk solids 23%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla.
Crystallised Ginger (ginger, sugar, preservative: sodium METABISULPHITE), freeze dried rhubarb pieces
