This is a large slab of delicious Belgian chocolate which measures 8cm x 16cm, giving you approx 150g of delicious hand-tempered Belgian chocolate (probably a bit more...).

It  shows Hunslet in the middle of the slab with an edible print of his Name Plate underneath him and silver paws either side.  One for those who love the train connection.

A great way to celebrate this wonderful bear.

Soho Depot will be donating all their profits from the sale of this product to The Railway Benefit Fund and Birmingham Children's Hospital.

Hunslet's Story:
While most of the the world was hiding at home from Covid 19, late evening on Christmas Eve in 2021, someone threw a giant 5ft bear off a railway bridge. The poor bear landed on the roof of a train at Soho Depot in Birmingham and the depot staff had to stay late to rescue him. He looked very disheveled and unloved, and had some serious injuries from falling and touching the overhead power lines. The depot staff made appeals for his owner on their Twitter page.

Very quickly the people of Birmingham and the railway family wanted to hear more about him. They took a vote and named him Hunslet, after the manufacturer of the Class 323 train he landed on. After a few days on the depot, Hunslet became a firm favourite with the depot staff and they adopted him. They discovered he likes Jaffa Cakes, lollipops and tea cakes! Hunslet works hard at the depot, but also likes going on adventures with his friends, bringing joy to all his social media followers as they keep up with his antics. Hunslet has become a great mascot for the depot, advocating railway safety and encouraging mental health awareness.

My husband and son are both train fanatics and came across Hunslet's Twitter account. We instantly fell under his spell and love keeping up with his antics. He brought us so much joy that I made him a special chocolate Christmas present to say thank you. Soho Depot then asked me to work with them to make some Hunslet chocolates, I jumped at the chance and these are the results. Soho Depot will be splitting their profits from these chocolates equally between The Railway Benefit Fund & Birmingham Children's Hospital.
