Minimum milk solids 14% minimum. Dark chocolate: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whey permeate powder (MILK), emulsifier, lecithins (SOYA) contains cocoa solids 50% minimum. Sultanas (99.5%), sunflower oil, raisins (99%), sunflower oil, glace cherries: cherries (51%), glucose – fructose syrup, plant extracts, (carrot concentrate, chokeberry concentrate) acidity regulator: citric acid, golden syrup, butter: cream (cows MILK) (98%), salt (1.5%) minimum 80% MILK fat.

Belgian white chocolate: (min cocoa 28.1% min milk solids 23%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla.
Belgian dark chocolate: (min cocoa 54%), sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla.
Fondant
Sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, water, humectant: glycerol; emulsifier: mono-and diglycerides of fatty acids; stabilisers: xanthan gum, carboxy methyl cellulose; preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring. Colours: Allura Red E129*. Green colouring: glycerol E422, propylene glycol E1520, silicon dioxide E551, water, colours E102*, E133 & E155. Edible glue: Water, CMC E466 (Carboxy Methyl Cellulose)
