I call these my 'grown up chocolates' as they focus on flavours.  These celebrate Summer fruits.

In each pack you will receive 3 mini bars.  Each bar is 4cm x 8cm and weighs between 40g and 50g.

Dark Chocolate with Rhubarb and Ginger
This one focuses on rhubarb which I have paired with ginger - a classic.  The ginger is fiery and is the first flavour you encounter, the rhubarb then comes through at the end.

Milk Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova
The tartness of the raspberry really complements the milk chocolate and the pavlova gives you an exciting added texture it really does make your taste buds ping.

White Chocolate Gooseberry Crumble
I love this bar in white chocolate (which I don't normally go for) as the white chocolate takes on the role of custard, meaning it really does taste like gooseberry crumble.

    Belgian dark chocolate: (min cocoa 54%), sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla. Crystallised Ginger (ginger, sugar, preservative: sodium METABISULPHITE), freeze dried rhubarb pieces

    Raspberry Pavlova Bar
    Belgian milk chocolate: (min cocoa 33.6%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla.  Freeze dried raspberries. Meringue: (Icing Sugar, anti-caking agent: Calcium Phosphates), meriwhite (WHEAT starch, dried albumen (EGG), sugar, modified starch, acidity regulators, dextrose, lactic acid, tartaric acid, stabiliser (Guar gum)), Cream of Tartar: (Raising Agent: Monopotassium Tartrate).

    White Chocolate Gooseberry Crumble
    Belgian white chocolate: (min cocoa 28.1% min milk solids 23%) sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla. Freeze dried gooseberries. Shortbread crumble: Fortified WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Butter (MILK) 32%, Sugar, Raising Agent (Ammonium hydrogen carbonate).

    For allergens see ingredients in CAPITALS. Chocolates are made in a home kitchen that uses milk, nuts, seeds, eggs and wheat flour. Traces of these may be present in the products.

  • POSTAGE AND PACKAGE

    Carefully packed in appropriate protective packaging.  

    Product will be posted out asap, but to give enough time for chocolates to be made, please allow at least 5 working days for product to be posted.
